The interview process had three rounds. Coding test, HR screen, and then the final round. The final round had technical and behavioral questions. Spoke with two different technology managers. Technical questions were pretty easy.

Two rounds, interviewers were nice and straightforward, haven't had a technical portion yet but I will be taking my final interview in the coming weeks. Mostly behavioral questions so far, some personal questions and answering questions as well.

Resume Screen->Recruiter Phone Screen->Final Rounds (2 interviews b2b)
Recruiter Phone Screen: Just who you are, why you want to work at Charles Schwab, what is so special to you about the company that made you want to work here compared to other firms.
Final Rounds: Not very technical based. The only technical question asked was "reverse a string in place without allocating extra memory" O(n) time, O(1) space.
The rest was just a lot of your own experience with previous projects / internships.
Pretty simple, imo.
