Had to do two phone interviews with recruitment agency before talking with Schwab. Had one phone interview with Charles Schwab where they get a general idea of you knowledge level and interest in Financial industry. Finally one one-hour interview with two managers as a behavioral interview setting. ie. asking questions warranting specific situations in the past you demonstrated certain values. Also have to pass a math/logic exam to qualify for the program.

it was 2 stages interviews, one over the phone Interview it was short phone call around 20 mintues with a recruiter or HR re Recruiter . more of screening interview and anther n‑Person Interviews with 2 managers. it was not hard interviews but bit long.

they ask typical background questions (“tell me about your background”) to understand your experience, skills, and probably motivation.
Fairly easy . One interview with manager and one online questionnaire . And my manger asked me to typed some essay . I don’t think it’s that hard. But you will be able to talk well and know financial basic

Call screen, in person tour and interview. It was a great interview with two managers after a tour overall easy interview as long as you are personable. I dont want to type out more. a
