I phone screened with the hiring manager three days following the phone screen with the "Talent Advisor". I interviewed on-site with the the hiring manager, her manager, her two peers, and her direct report eight days following my phone screen with the hiring manager. I received my rejection call 11 days following the on-site interviews. I was subsequently ghosted after requesting feedback.
