I applied online and got an email from an HR representative. I had a long call with HR where and after was told that she was going to try to match me with a supervisor in the program. I then had a second phone interview with an interested supervisor. The HR manager reached out after and told me they wanted to hire me pending a background check and 48 hour notice drug test. After passing the background/drug tests I was sent a formal offer letter.
