Initial brief interview with the hiring manager, then an in-person interview with two hiring managers; one local the other at another location over the phone. Both were warm and welcoming, but asked very detailed questions specific to what I'd be doing in this role. The questions weren't difficult, but if I didn't have the right background and experience, they would have been very difficult to answer.
