spoke w the manager 1 on 1 and group panel, manager asked about my background and the group panel was more evaluating how well I would get along with the group. Much of the work is group oriented, so I felt getting alone with everyone is important in regards to work dynamics.

Overall process was good; information given about the industry, benefits, opportunities for growth. Questions asked by interview about thoughts on industry, current skills, where you potentially see yourself going within the company
