I was referred by the lone tech writer in the company. I got their contact from a friend of mine who knew them. I like how the tech round wasn't all that easy. On the flip side, I had to follow up with the HR to move through the rounds.

I was contacted by the HR for an initial round with one of the TW leads. The HR said the whole recruitment process will be winded up on the day of interview. After the interview, the lead said the HR will inform about next steps. But then, the HR never responded. I texted him and called him again and again to know the feedback but of no use. This company seems to just conduct interviews for namesake and never return with a feedback. Complete waste of time. Will never ever go back to this company even if they offer out-of-the-world package.
