I applied on Channable's website and was invited for a first interview within a week. The process began with a quick introductory interview with a Talent Acquisition Partner, followed by a brief technical assessment in Python. Next was a technical interview where we covered various topics, including Python, databases, security, and more. The final step focused on cultural and role fit, where we discussed various aspects of the position. Throughout the process, I interacted with team members and gained a lot of information about the role and company. I had the opportunity to ask questions directly, and everyone was kind and well-prepared. Overall, the interview process was great.

There was a take home assignment, a software interview, a system design interview and a culture interview. From application to offer took about a month. They were responsive during the process, and took the applicant into consideration (e.g. limiting the scope of the take home assignment to reduce the time it takes).
