Applied online and refered by current manager working there. HR did initial phone screen, then told me he would call me back later that same day or the next with a date / time for an in person interview. No call ever. Sent follow up email only to get no response. My referral followed up as well and was told they were still deciding. 2 weeks pass and nothing. Then on the 3rd week I got an email telling me thanks but no thanks. But feel free to apply again.
