J'ai postulé en ligne. Le processus a pris plus d'une semaine. J'ai passé un entretien chez Chanel
Entretien
I had a total of four interviews. One with HR who approved of me and passed me along to Cosmetics Manager, who then passed me to the Chanel Manager and then a phone interview with the Chanel Regional Rep. The questions were focused around three things: Macy's history and reputation, Chanel's history and reputation and my experience, selling ability and demeanor. All my interviewers made sure to move me into the position that I would fit into best. The process was very positive and I'm really enjoying my job.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
Q: Explain to me how you would go about selling a Macy's Credit Card.
This isn't unexpected and it shouldn't be difficult if you do your homework. But I'm highlighting it here because it is absolutely the most important question/answer of the interview. Macy's is big on getting new account, so make sure you know the amazing benefits and are truly comfortable selling these.

Smooth process, professional team. Long waiting time, it took 5 weeks to receive the feedback after the 1st stage of the interview, by that time I had a job offer from a different Company.
