So you go through the motions of filling in an online job application, you submit your CV and you write a cover letter. They then tell you that you need to complete a set of online assessments for them to gauge if you're suitable for the job, and they ask you for a date that you're available to do these assessments. You respond to them with a date and then they never respond back.

After applying they require the candidate to complete two online psychometric tests and make a written submission about a topic that required a few words. Also, the tasks have a deadline to complete.

After applying, you´ll have to do three assignemnts, one written -answering in 350 words to one of two questions- one assesing your reading comprehension and one last one that asseses your own perceotion of yourself, ranking different statements from "most like me" to "least like me". Once all the assesemtns are completed, you´ll arange a call with someone from the recruitment team, where you will talk about yoir background as well as you´ll talk a bit more about the role and the company.
