Overall, it was great. Very professional, fair questions, and a well developed process. The process was robust, but they did not over-do it. The use of online resources to complete the onboarding steps was so easy and straightforward.

The process was easy to manage. After applying, a member of the hiring team reached out. I scheduled a virtual interview using the scheduling system. The interview was conducted virtually via Teams with clear expectations of the role.

I first had an interview on MS Teams with the departmental head. I was then invited to an onsite interview. During the onsite interview, I was given a tour of the campus. The departmental leader that gave me the tour was very kind and welcoming.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was well organized, clearly explained, and handled with a high level of professionalism.
