Overall a wonderful experience. Was screened properly and all questions asked were appropriate for position. The Mecca array time was spent answering all of my questions and making sure I understood the hiring process thoroughly.

How would you handle a situation where a clinical student was not meeting expectations and the steps I would take to help steer them in the right direction.
The process was easy to manage. After applying, a member of the hiring team reached out. I scheduled a virtual interview using the scheduling system. The interview was conducted virtually via Teams with clear expectations of the role.

I first had an interview on MS Teams with the departmental head. I was then invited to an onsite interview. During the onsite interview, I was given a tour of the campus. The departmental leader that gave me the tour was very kind and welcoming.

I had a great experience from start to finish. The entire process was well organized, clearly explained, and handled with a high level of professionalism.
