Interview started with a screening interview. This was followed by a behavioral interview, and then finally a case interview. There was another round after for fit but and meet the team afterwards

This was a fairly standard multi-layer interview process. I spoke first with an HR rep at the office where this role would be based out of. A phone screening with the hiring manager followed. Next came a 1-on-1 interview with my would-be direct supervisor where we discussed expectations and I was asked about my experience and work history. A week of waiting ensued. Another in-person interview was scheduled, this time with a larger group that included the GM. I was told more about the specific products and programs this role would be responsible for. An offer letter, drug screening and background check capped the experience.
