I was interviewed during a job fair held in the April of 2024. They asked me the usual scenerio-based questions. The interviewer was very nice. It was a new location opening up, so they discussed availability, flexibility and what characteristics I’d bring to their company/team. Because they had over hired during their Job Fair, they had no choice but to lay me and a lot of other workers in my department off, not due to performance, but because they had low sales and no more hours to give.
