It was a long process. Took me almost 2 months to get though the process (4 interviews and 1 tech exam) and only to get an automated rejection letter. When asked for areas of improvement, ghosted. In one of the docs it says, you get paid for the exam but have not heard about it as I got no reply after a rejection letter.
