From start to finish it was a very smooth streamlined process, that moved very quickly. I was referred by a FinancialForce employee, and had a first round phone interview with a company recruiter to discuss my background and the position. Within 24 hours, I had another phone interview scheduled with one of the Consulting Managers. I hear back from the recruiter the same day, and was informed I would be having phone interviews with another Consulting Manager as well as the Director of my department. Once those interviews were complete, I was invited for an onsite interview with one of the Consulting Managers that I already interviewed with. I received an offer the evening after my final interview (5 interviews total - 4 phone, 1 in person). All parties were extremely professional and really conveyed the positive company culture. I felt that the interviews were more like conversations, than the "typical job interview".

As mentioned there were no real typical interview questions. All rounds were more of a conversation about my professional background, the open position, and the company.
Entire process from start to finish was very smooth and efficient. The communication process with the recruiting manager was very thorough. I always knew where I stood throughout the entire process. Usually within 24-36 hours after an interview (sometimes even sooner), I was informed whether I made it to the next round. There were 5 rounds of interviews, which included the initial recruitment screen. Everyone I spoke with was extremely courteous and professional.
