Initial interview with was with company recruiter who was very friendly.
Second interview was with two wealth advisors via Zoom. Experience was quite unpleasant. Rather than focusing on my experience and presenting what the expectations for the role would be, the focus was on why I left my previous company. They stated that it was a red flag that I wouldn't just put my head down and work while searching for a new company. This went on for 20 minutes as questions continued that I wasn't comfortable answering. They also were turned off that I had a young child and insinuated that 5 am to 6 pm would be the working hours. I did not hear back after the interview concluded.
Why did you not just put your head down and work while looking for another job? I don't know if you had an inheritance or trust fund that allowed for this.
