Pretty laid back. Came in for the day and met with a couple of members of upper management. When CEO came in, that's when interview got a little more difficult but overall it was a conversational interview

The interview was conducted over the phone and focused on discussing my past experiences, technical and interpersonal skills, and areas for improvement. The interviewer also explained the responsibilities and expectations of the role, providing insight into the firm’s culture and day-to-day operations. It was a conversational and professional discussion centered around how my background aligned with the position.
