It was a 30-minute remote interview process. A hiring manager went through a number of fit and clinical questions. The conclusion of the hiring process and being notified from there was pretty quick.

Received 6-7 nudges (text and automated emails) to schedule once I already scheduled my interview as well as reminders. One of these emails had different instructions for scheduling from the initial email. It does not seem the recruitment team works with development to customize their CRM, this felt super unprofessional and like spam. Recruiter did not have knowledge of mental health professions, licensure requirements, and seemed to not have read my materials, etc.
