The one request that stood out during the hiring process was the requirement to provide my previous W2’s from 2012 to my most recent. I thought this was request was irrelevant based on the position I was applying for. Why would you need W2’s from 2012 and so on? I could see for at least the past 2 years, maybe...but not 7 years ago. They definitely need to update their hiring requirements.

3 step interview with 3 different personnel. All of whom were professional and ensured the right atmosphere was established for the interview. The questions were straight forward with relevance to the job description.
