I was called unexpectedly on a Friday to talk, but was unable to. They told me they would contact me back, but they didn't until one week later. When they did contact me again, the first thing the hr guy said was in Spanish, apparently testing the Spanish ability of the candidate. After he made sure I spoke Spanish fluently, the rest of the interview was in English. It was a standard interview, why I was interested in the position and the organization, an overview of my resume, and some questions about organization skills. The guy who interviewed me seemed uninterested and somewhat rude; he cut me off repeatedly. I was told they would contact me after they had done more interviews. I never heard from them again.
