Interview Process is lengthy for direct hire. Most applicants are hired through a temp agency, but the process is still lengthy. They want to check your references, even though most employees previous work experience was fast food or selling drugs.

Entretien
First met with the hiring recruiter for a 30 minute interview. Asked a lot of questions about experience and previous employers. Then the manager interviewed me by walking through the plant giving me a brief tour asking questions along the way about my experience and if I thought I could do the tasks I saw.

Entretien
basically they are looking for someone who is breathing, if you are capable of that you are a shoe in. Don't plan on staying around here too long though most people don't they all quit. This place has a turn over rate comparable to McDonalds
