My Pros about this is just they really do test you on your skills, I think that the training and recruitment team were lovely, and really test you for the role.
I am a Maltese citizen and speak fluently in Maltese, I was referred to by someone who's mother tongue was in English.
Because of this, during the interview process I was only spoken to in English and never in Maltese, I spoke back in English, as this is the polite thing to do.
I was then questioned on my Maltese, and completely put on the spot and questioned about my knowledge in the language by giving them a random paragraph in Maltese. I felt like this was not the way to go.
This was also my first CS role, coming from catering. The CEO actually asked me ''from flipping burgers why do you think you'll be a good contribution working in an office''
The tone this was said in was highly offensive, implying that I had no good experience for working in a managerial role for over a year in catering.
I can say that the process before and after the interview was great, but their questions were absurd.
