First, they provided a link for Cognitive/Aptitude/IQ test (CCAT) test. You have to score minimum of their range in order to proceed. It was like 50 questions in 15 minutes. So, be serious on this. As a software engineer, I did not feel this hard. So, I believe anyone with similar profession can pass this test. Next, I got a call for the final round of interview. 4 people were on the interview panel (my manager (which I knew during the interview), another manager, senior product owner, and senior software developer). They asked me general questions regarding my past experience, my difficulties, my strategies, and my career goals. Everyone on the team was super friendly and made the interview very easy for me as I was super nervous. After few days, I was offered a job.

Interview consists of 3 steps. Step 1: Personality and problem solving test. Step 2: Initial phone call screen with a recruiter. Step 3: Video interview with a few developers of the team. All the people were very nice and professional during the whole interview process.
