The interview/ hiring process seemed a bit rushed, as if they were in desparate need. The process consisted of a phone screening, an on-campus interview invite, and a panel Interview.

I spoke with the department chair, then the full department, then the dean, then the equity officer. I didn't meet with any students as they were on holiday break. I was offered the job within a couple of weeks.
