three to four step process starting with a preliminary phone call following by a thirty minute interview with the sales manager, next was the field day, and lastly was meeting with President followed by offer letter

A very long conversation with the president who claims to have been victimized by former employees. "They robbed me" he proclaimed over and over for about two hours. Then he chewed some more of his nails off.
