The interview process consisted of one video interview in which they provided a set of questions in advance to submit, then a performance task following a final round panel style interview. I made it all the way to the final round and killed my interviews (so I thought) and was told I would hear back within 2 weeks. It has now been a full month since my interview and they have not reached out with an offer nor rejection, despite the fact that I followed up 2 weeks ago. At this point I would have been totally fine if they shared they were moving forward with another candidate, but full on ghosting me after a final interview is so unprofessional.

Video interview solo and interview with 3 other staff members. Before the interview I attempted to contact the HR person to no avail. Ghosted me even after sending a thank you email. One staff member came late, repeatedly kept turning off and on her camera, and asked me to hurry up 28 minutes into the hour long interview. I wanted to log off then but tried being a good sport. Very uncomfortable and weird experience.
