They called to schedule interview and had me provide my availability, yet after 3 days never called back to tell me when my interview was scheduled for. After a week, they emailed me a rejection.
My process was just one interview with manager and two engineers. Everyone was nice and didn’t expect much. No leetcode at all very straight forward questions about experience and what you’re looking for in a company.

The interview process was a panel interview with multiple team members present. Each interviewer asked a mix of behavioral and situational questions, along with some role-specific discussions about my background and skills. The atmosphere was professional yet friendly, and they gave me time to ask questions at the end.
