I have experience interviewing with several large companies, but Centene ranks the lowest. First,
got an interview after 2 months. Even with that it is their Montage app that allows only 1 way interview. I think interview should be 2 way.
They’ve removed the human element with this way of interviewing. Maybe I’m an old school for valuing human to human conversation.
Note: Over the few months I’ve had several interview for different roles using Montage app. I’m just giving up.

Hiring Manager came to the interview unprepared and did not have questions ready. Interviewer was unprofessional and seemed lost. Waste of time for me. I hope other managers are not like this.

The interview process was smooth. HR contacted me about a week after I submitted my application. The first round was a recorded AI interview followed by a second-round interview with the hiring managers a week later. The third and final round took place another week after that where I met with potential team members I would be working with. I received an offer one week after the final interview. Good Luck!

30 minutes over the phone with the talent acquisition manager. They talked about the hiring process and gave a description of the job and company. Wanted me to give them information about my skills and experience.
