I received an email asking me to complete an "on demand" video interview -- you log in to the website and respond on webcam to written questions. You can take your time to think about the question and make multiple attempts if you want. There's a time limit of a few minutes on each answer -- ample, but not much padding for rambling (which actually helps). I think I did well but I haven't heard from them in a few weeks, so . . .

They like to waist candidate's time.
