They conducted the initial technical round which I cleared and then there was a HR round before which they took all my confidential documents. HR round was impressive and I was given a detailed walk through of all the roles and responsibilities and I was informed I will be receiving the offer letter very soon. After that for one week there was no communication even after following up with the HR. Suddenly she again reached out to me and said max offer letter will be shared in two days and again ghosted after that. I don't have any problem if they reject the candidature but this attitude of ghosting looks really unprofessional and time waste for a candidate. Seems they don't have proper processes and structure in place so overall it was a negative experience.
