Entretien
Withdrew after the first round. They make you create a presentation using actual client information. Working on a project for a week for free, then presenting how you came up with the solution is awful. Especially how bad the U.S job market is, they are getting free labor while dangling hope of a job in front of you. DO NOT INTERVIEW WITH THEM.

The recruitment process reflects a concerning ghosting culture—candidates' time and effort are completely disregarded. The lack of professionalism and basic courtesy speaks volumes about the company's values. In hindsight, it's clear I dodged a bullet.
