The interview process had four rounds. HR was very good about updating the status after each round and responses never took more than a couple of days. HR General Discussion: This was a straightforward round to determine if you are a good cultural fit for the company and to discuss your technical skills and previous experience. Hiring Manager: This round involved a more in-depth discussion about your motivation to apply, your past experiences, and your long-term career aspirations. Business Case: You were given 1 week to prepare a business case, analyzing a fictional company and identifying 3 value opportunities using the Celonis application. This involved significant effort, including learning the solution, analyzing data, and building dashboards. You were offered a dry-run with a team member before the final pitch to receive feedback and refine your presentation. Head of Department: The final round was similar to the Hiring Manager round, focusing on your motivation to join Celonis and your previous experiences.

The interview process expected you breakdown and understand their extremely complicated platform to the letter, (which has around 80+ hours of training) within a week and expects the interview to be the master of it with in 5 days.
