My review is about their responsiveness and potential age discrimination. Back in October 2019 I applied for a job based in San Francisco. To my surprise they asked about my age, which is not legal here in California. I filled out the application and received a confirmation. After 4 weeks I tried to get some feedback on my application status. Make the story short, I sent several emails to their 2 recruiters and also dropped Linked-In notification. We are now in March and still no response. My guess is they are not interested for people above 40-50 and that is why they never got back to me, since they fear a legal action against them.
Questions d'entretien [1]
Question 1
It never came to an interview and don't know why, maybe my age?
J'ai passé un entretien chez Celonis (Stockholm, )
Entretien
First a screening call, then a in person interview and a case study. Good interview and case setup, you get a demo environment to present in and get some freedom in how to present it. Fair assessment where I focused a bit too technical instead of the big picture wins.

J'ai postulé via un recruteur. J'ai passé un entretien chez Celonis (Londres, Angleterre) en sept. 2021

At first the interview process seemed rather onerous with the need to prepare a number of presentations and do a role play. However, I found this approach very good at getting me to deeply research the organisation, and I found the more I discovered the more I was fascinated by the company and the opportunity.
J'ai postulé via la recommandation d'un employé. Le processus a pris 4 semaines. J'ai passé un entretien chez Celonis en avr. 2021

This was an all around fantastic interview process. The recruitment team was great to work with, the process was seamless, and I felt it really gave me the opportunity me to understand the role I was applying for.
