There were 6 interviews in total for this position, spanning 2 months. Of the 6 interviews, three required me to come into the office. There were two presentations and a final meeting with the CEO. Compensation for this role was shared with me in the first round and confirmed by both the recruiter and head of HR. After SIX rounds, Celonis made an offer that was 40% lower than the salary that was originally shared with me. After three onsite interviews and 2 projects, making an offer significantly lower than expected was wildly inconsiderate of my time and effort. I am writing this review to warn those who are interviewing to save your time and effort, Celonis recruiting is simply dishonest on all levels.

A process mining company that clearly doesn't understand its own processes. Three invitations for the first interview, two of which nobody showed up for. Automated scheduling with no flexibility and no apology for the wasted time. And then the crowning question in the interview: 'Where do you live?' – as if that wasn't already answered in the application form. The interviewer couldn't answer any questions about the position itself, claiming they didn't have access to the relevant department. A prime example of inefficiency and unprofessionalism.
