Francis, the recruiter, reaches out by email. He is very knowledgeable in the company that I thought he was in sales! I had an in person with Francis and the director of customer success at their nyc office. Interview felt awkward with HR in the same room. The CS team in nyc is very new ( 1 yr) so they’re hiring fast to meet their target of 12 csm by end of 2019. It would be a good place if you have lots of CSM experience because there is no structure in place for their CSM team on who is doing what. The CSM team in Germany is more robust but not in nyc so it’s a clean slate. It felt like they are hiring people who are able to meet with clients on day one. They’re expecting experienced CSMs.

First a screening call, then a in person interview and a case study. Good interview and case setup, you get a demo environment to present in and get some freedom in how to present it. Fair assessment where I focused a bit too technical instead of the big picture wins.

Entretien
At first the interview process seemed rather onerous with the need to prepare a number of presentations and do a role play. However, I found this approach very good at getting me to deeply research the organisation, and I found the more I discovered the more I was fascinated by the company and the opportunity.

This was an all around fantastic interview process. The recruitment team was great to work with, the process was seamless, and I felt it really gave me the opportunity me to understand the role I was applying for.
