Overall, the process was professional and well organized. However, I felt that during the interview there was limited space to fully develop my answers before moving to the next question. At times, the conversation felt more like rapid-fire questioning rather than a two-way discussion, which made it difficult to properly demonstrate my experience and thought process. I also reached out afterwards requesting feedback on my interview, but unfortunately I did not receive any response. Even brief feedback would have been valuable from a candidate perspective. That said, I still appreciate the opportunity to meet the team and learn more about Celonis.
