The interview process was very well structured and transparent. It involves 3 main steps, each with a clear purpose: initial screening, interview with hiring manager, case study interview.
The hiring team was outstanding throughout the entire process, always supportive and proactive in providing updates and next steps. Overall a great experience.

Question 1
The most challenging part of the process is the case study interview. The candidate is given about a week to analyze a process using Celonis and present the findings to the interviewers. It is definitely recommended to come prepared with a basic understanding of how the platform works.
I must say, it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Every interviewer I encountered made a concerted effort to make me feel comfortable and encouraged open communication, which greatly helped in alleviating any initial nervousness.
The HR team was exceptional, guiding me through each and every step of the process with clear instructions and timely updates. Their professionalism and approachability were commendable, ensuring that I was well-prepared and at ease throughout the interview stages.
Overall, this interview experience was nothing short of amazing!

Entretien
The Celonis interview process was concise and all parts of the interview process had meaning. There was an initial screening, behavioral round, and a final data challenge that included demo and presentation. Everyone who interviewed me was kind and the interview team was supportive and responsive throughout the process. The data challenge did take a fair amount of time, though the interview team was transparent that it may take this time, and it was achievable given this transparency. Overall, the process was enjoyable and gave me a good idea of what the role would actually include.
