This company is incredibly disorganized in their hiring process. My interviews took over three months. The point of contact never responded when she said she would, and I was pretty sure they were ghosting me. It took way too much effort on my part to get a response. I was embarrassed for them. They seemed unprofessional and immature.

2 Phone interviews, HR took forever to get back to me, whole process took 3 months. Didn't know who I was talking to, you only meet your manager and the lab head, not the rest of your team or other managers

Entretien
I had 3 rounds: Phone Screen with HR, Technical Round with 2 staff scientists and a 3rd round with the Vice president of the company.
The 3rd round went pretty well and the VP asked me for references, which I instantly provided. They told me they would get back to me.
I followed up with all the interviewers after a week and again after 2 weeks. But they all just GHOSTED me! Reflects very badly on the company and how they treat people!! *Terrible*
