I applied through my university and on their website as required. Got a response back from HR to schedule a phone interview. HR Manager got back to me via phone to schedule an interview at their Newmarket location in Ontario. HR Manager came and got me from the cafeteria and led me to a small office on the first floor. Had some casual talk after which the position manager i would be reporting to came in (I was aware he was attending). HR manger asked me some general behavior based questions followed by some technical question asked by the technical manager. Got a tour of the facility afterwards.
