I applied online through their website where job postings were located. I submitted my resume, cover letter and transcript as a part of the process. Two weeks after my application, I received an email for a phone interview for the position. The interview consisted of mainly behavioral type questions and my experiences and background. The phone interview was for around 20 minutes and consisted of around 7 to 8 questions.

One phone interview then one in person interview.
Phone interview was extremely short while the in person interview was long. Only basic non-technical questions were asked. In person interview was conducted by manager and current interns.
Everyone was very personable and it seemed like a great place to work. Phone interview is done with HR, not the department hiring.

Interview was one on one with a manager. Manager sat down with me and we began to have a conversation about our lives. Asked one or two questions. Began explaining what Celestica does and who they are and told me what departments I might be working in.
