My interview process with Celestica was smooth, professional, and comfortable. The HR interviewer was very friendly and approachable, making the session less stressful. Most of the questions were based on my resume, including my previous experiences, skills, academic background, and internship-related exposure.

I applied through their website in late November. Heard back from them at the start of February. The first interview will always be a phone interview that consists techncial questions regarding knowledge of Microsoft Office and two behaviour and situational questions I was contacted a day after the phone interview for a second interview which consisted of a panel-style interview with two current interns, two senior managers and one senior executive. Questions were more or so similar to the phone interview. They had contacted to offer me the position the same day as the second interview.
