I was contacted by LinkedIn by a recruiter inviting me to schedule an interview. on the interview the recruiter told me about the role (Project Manager) for a US Based client to manage a team of 20 persons. She asked me to register myself on their site and after that I will receive an invite for a second interview directly with the client. The first surprise came when i received an online quiz of around 40 minutes with 96 hs expiration time (The recruiter didn't mentioned that quiz). I did it without hesitation,i believed that maybe the recruiter forgot to tell me about it. My second surprise came when another person from Celerative invited me for an interview (My thought were that they were trying to refine some of my skills, so I accepted it). My third and last surprise its when we started the interview and they told me that the position its for a BA. I told them of course that I didn't enrolled for that position, that I'm a PM and can work on that role or as a Scrum Master. They tried to convince me that a BA and a PM are similar roles. I terminated the interview. I would not recommend to follow their process based on my own experience.

A recruiter contacted me through LinkedIn and asked me if I was interested in having an interview for a PM Lead position. He sent me the details (salary 2-4 k) and the agenda of one of his teammates to arrange the meeting. So far so good. But a couple of hours before the meeting they canceled it saying that the position was already covered by an internal search. Weird.
