It was 4 step Interview 1. 30 interview call (talk about CV etc.) 2. coding test (Take home assessment.) 3. code review (Discussed the code and how we can improve it.) 4. managerial Interview level.

Had an initial phone screen and second interview with a technical team lead that asked a few programming questions. He then gave me a take home coding assignment to do. Upon returning the assignment I never heard from him again, despite asking for any feedback weeks later. Later, another recruiter from their company reached out and wanted to start the interview process for the same position. When I told them about already being in the process, I was then told I wasn't chosen for the position. I found it so rude and disrespectful for them to just ghost me like that after working on a coding assignment for them. Just another company that treats you like you're nothing.
