The VP and RD both reached out VIA LinkedIn. We quickly scheduled a phone interview and had a wonderful conversation. The RD and I met for live interview when they were in the area where there was complete transparency and openness about the role, team, and what was needed in the market. A secondary phone interview with the VP was held before a decision was made.

No structured interview process. Make sure that you know your past performance and numbers such as sales inventory your p and l labor loss prevention. Must be straight and Christian and well groomed. They want you to wear company clothes with out a decent discount. Management is weak as best OU is low and hours are long.
