I was first contacted via email by a member of HR to do a phone screening. The HR representative was late calling me for the interview and I was asked a few behavioral questions. When I went to the in person interview, I was interviewed by one doctor and another member sat in on the interview. The position was explained to me and what I would do on a daily basis. I wasn't asked much questions due to the interviewer often going off topic. Overall I felt the interview was simple, they said they had to talk to HR and they would give me a call that I had gotten the position. Though I never got a call back, it was a simple interview and I felt comfortable talking to the interviewer.
