2 rounds in total. first round was a digital interview with 3 questions. another was a 30-minutes interview with one interviewer and a 1.5 hrs English assessment for listening, reading and spelling test under multiple choice

6. Describe a mistake that you made handling a customer service issue and how you mitigated it.

Entretien
The interview process was smooth, firstly submitting required documents in the morning, then group interview conducted. If passed, wait for the panel interview. After finishing the interview, will be arranged for English test in the afternoon if needed.
