Resume submission > HR phone interview > first round in-person interview with hiring manager > case presentation with hiring manager and director The HR round is easy because they were just asking basic info like expected salary so its not exactly an interview The 1st formal interview asked about my resume and experience, after that I received an email enlisting the case study requirement and details. The case is usually something that is related to the recent change in the airline, e.g. I was applying for a loyalty strategy position, so the case is about reviewing the miles expiry policy (which the company just changed a few months ago) The 2nd interview is a 1-hr presentation with Q&A session, both the director and my manager were nice and professional

Question 1
Follow-up questions on my presentation, so not applicable to all: e.g. why do you mean by "providing more cross-selling opportunities? what would you suggest to sell? Do you think the approach you suggested align with our brand image?"
First is video interview, then panel interview. There’s a presentation for panel interview which will give you four days to prepare. The whole process takes around two and a half months.

first round is video interview, after that they will ask you to prepare a presentation deck and then they will invite you to present in person. The questions are normal.
