1 Round Interview, meet HR, team lead and tech lead.
All in English. Mainly ask about previous experience, understanding to solution process and technical skills

The interview process consisted of an initial HR phone screening, followed by a formal Zoom interview with the technical team and hiring manager. We discussed my previous experience, technical skills relevant to solution analysis, and how I handle complex business requirements within a fast-paced aviation environment.
The process includes an initial phone call, followed by a group interview with HR and the department head. This format allows candidates to showcase their skills, personality, and fit within the team dynamic. It encourages collaboration and interaction among candidates.

1 round interview conducted on Teams. 1 HR and team head attended the interview. The interview lasted about 30 mins. Overall, the interview was quite casual and comfortable.
